A few differences you may not realize about our coffees.
Unlike most large volume coffee roasters, whose green coffees have been stored in warehouses, then roasted in large batches, followed by being packaged, boxed, loaded on a truck, driven, unloaded, warehoused, boxed again, shipped again, then put upon a shelf for weeks or months awaiting consumption, our roasts are controlled by our own needs.
